If you find a dog that you would like to make part of your family, please click the button above and fill out an online adoption application. You also have the option to download an application and email it to us at adopt@icaredogrescue.org or fax it to 877-865-2321. We will contact you as soon as possible if we feel the dog is a good match with you.

In order to adopt one of our dogs, we require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee, and a contract. Sorry - we do not do out-of-state adoptions.

Adoption fees:

2 - 12 months: $425
1 - 6 years: $375
7+ years: $325

Adoption fee includes:

 Shots up to the date of adoption
 Spaying/neutering
 Microchip
